Your designer then assists you determine the nature and scope of your dream and creates several unique conceptual plans to assist you in your decision making. We assist by giving you rough estimates of the costs so you can check against your budget during this process.

Once you have settled on your ideal concept design, detailed working drawings will be developed, the build cost calculated and a start date set. Then when contractual arrangements are finalised, your build process can begin and you are on the way to achieving your dream home.

Your architect recommends you engage iConstruct to develop an iBuild Plan for your dream project. We introduce you to our company and how we work to achieve the very best results. You are given a list of previous clients who are happy to share their experience of iConstruct with you. We want you to be certain you would be happy to work with us, should the iBuild Plan meet your expectations. When we present the iBuild Plan we compare it in detail with any other quotes you may have so you can be sure that you are comparing apples with apples, and are getting the best results for your project. There is no obligation to build with iConstruct.

Should you settle on the iBuild Plan a start date is and set, contractual arrangements are finalised and your build process begins.  You are on the way to achieving your dream home.

You contact us in regard to enhancing your home. We meet with you, introduce you to our company and how we work to better your current situation using our expertise and experience, to bring you the best results. We work with you to establish your needs and desires. We then prepare a construction plan which will outline the methods of execution and cost of your project which will be available for your viewing and comments via a secure, emailed link. You accept the construction plan and we plan the start of the work to your schedule.
