Because of my surveying background workmanship is important to me. I like all work to be tidily finished and houses to be be set out square and walls to be plumb. Jeremy from iConstruct was responsible for the all the carpentry work on our home and we found he was up-to-date with all (post Christchurch earthquakes) code and materials changes. Further all the work was of a high standard and he appears to have expected the same from other tradesmen-contractors, who Jeremy worked well with and gained a cooperative effort from. The result of Jeremy from iConstruct completing all carpentry work on our home has meant wall and floor tiling and window joinery has all fitted together well. We have been very impressed with Jeremy's craftsmanship particularly the resulting level of finish he has achieved with our timber architraves and skirtings.
