Having had an interest in building from a young age has lead to a natural move into the construction industry for me. I have worked primarily in residential construction for over 10 years now and haven’t looked back. I love a new project and enjoy the challenge of detailed finishing work and complex projects that require a high standard of finish. I’m motivated by people with an eye for detail and an appreciation for quality and love walking away from a completed project leaving behind a result that I’m proud of, that has increased the quality of life for our clients.
I have been privileged to have been involved in a variety of facets of the residential construction sector including architectural housing, leaky home remedial works, installation of feature stairs and handrails and a wide range of renovations, additions and landscaping projects big and small. This substantial range of experience has meant that we as a company are able to confidently deliver a huge variety of project types to our discerning clients to the highest standard. I’m passionate about creating increased quality of life for our clients through exceptional construction using the latest techniques and products. I find immense satisfaction in delivering a project to the highest standard to all of our clients, this is what I strive for and thrive on.
In each of my projects I look for ways that we can work better, delivering a higher quality result within budget and time frame. I do this by regularly attending courses and seminars to allow me to offer industry leading products and techniques to our clients. I invest in quality tools that deliver a better result within a smaller time frame helping us to be at the forefront of our industry.
I live in Wellington with my wife and two larger than life Siamese cats. When I’m not building I enjoy relaxing in the surf, cooking for friends and involvement in a local church.
